Slop Factory ("the App") is a desktop application that lets you create short-form quiz videos and publish them to your own TikTok account.
The App is licensed, not sold, for use on your own computer. There is no hosted service: the App runs locally and acts only on TikTok accounts that you own and explicitly connect through TikTok's official login (OAuth) flow.
Access to the App is sold as a monthly subscription (current pricing is listed on the website). Subscriptions include a monthly allowance of render credits; additional credit packs are available as one-time purchases and do not expire. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
If something is broken or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including refunds where appropriate. Refunds are not owed for months of service already used or for credits already spent on completed renders. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
You are responsible for the videos you create and publish with the App. Do not use the App to post content that infringes the rights of others or violates the rules of the platform you post to. The App uploads content only to accounts you have authorized, and only when you tell it to.
The App uses TikTok's official developer APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API) in accordance with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok for Developers policies. By publishing music or sounds through the App you confirm you have the rights to use them. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your TikTok settings (Settings → Security → Apps and websites).
The App is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post through it.
These terms may be updated as the App evolves; the latest version is always at this address.
